01Verification

Verified by hand, one fact at a time.

Verification is entirely manual. MeritVeri checks each fact against official public registers and documentary evidence, and publishes exactly what was verified — nothing more.

  1. The company applies

    A representative with a verified account submits the company details and supporting documents. Documents stay private and are only used for the check.

  2. MeritVeri checks by hand

    MeritVeri compares identity, enterprise number, address, website, financial information, headcount and the people behind the company with official public registers and documentary evidence.

  3. A person decides

    MeritVeri approves, asks for more information or refuses, and records the reason. Software never decides on its own.

  4. A public record is issued

    The company gets a unique reference, a record page, a live badge and a printable certificate, all showing the current status.

  5. Valid for 12 months, then renewed

    The record shows the exact “valid until” date. A renewal before expiry continues from the end of the current period, and earlier cycles stay in the history.

Every claim has an address you can check.

Each verification has its own record page. It shows what was checked, when, and until when — and it says plainly what was not checked.

Permanent and searchable. Every badge and certificate links back to it.

Each fact, marked one by one

Checked by MeritVeri against official registers and evidence, with the period where relevant, such as a financial year.

What was not checked

Anything without a verified mark was not independently checked. We say so.

Worked out every time the page is shown. When the validity ends, it reads Expired — without delay.

Dates, not vague claims

When the facts were checked, and until when the verification is valid.

People, by name — or withheld

Names stay hidden unless the company publishes them after informing the people concerned. The record always shows that they were verified.

History and documents

Renewals keep earlier cycles. The certificate is generated from the record — an invalid record never prints as valid.
